Neurosurgeon opinion: This opinion will give you the best answer. The problem appears to be the osteophyte and may reflect pressure on a nerve. See specialist: A Pain Management MD, Neurologist, or Orthopedist may be able to do injections / facet blocks/ or alternative treatment to specifically address your pain. You need an evaluation with a specialist.
