Amitriptyline & gabapentin for 15wks + physio.cervical mri = loss of lordosis & osteophyte c5-c6.my shoulder is still painful. what else can i do?

Neurosurgeon opinion: This opinion will give you the best answer. The problem appears to be the osteophyte and may reflect pressure on a nerve. It does not necessarily follow that this is the cause but may be a cause. The physiotherapy and meds are a conservative way of treatment. Has the pain gotten better? If so can you live with what you have? See the doc Best to you.

See specialist: A Pain Management MD, Neurologist, or Orthopedist may be able to do injections / facet blocks/ or alternative treatment to specifically address your pain. You need an evaluation with a specialist.
