Fatigued : I'm assuming we are talking about infectious mononucleosis. Infectious mononucleosis infection can cause ongoing fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome. But there can be lots of other reasons for fatigue so please consult you ur doctor to rule out all the possible causes .

Not just mono: Your issue may have started with mono but the CDC has ruled out the idea of a chronic mono as a myth. Mono can affect the central nervous system and may have unmasked some latent depression or other issue.I would go in for a thorough evaluation.Take with you a written review of everything you remember that has occurred over the year so you don't forget anything important.
