Doubtful: Although it is still extremely important you quit smoking, after 10 years its not likely effecting you circulation to cause fatigue. It doesn't really work that way--it won't "slow" your blood down. Mono is a virus that can cause severe fatigue so i recommend you get checked out by a physician asap. But above all, quit smoking!

Poor circulation: Though smoking increase your risk of circulation problems, at your age unlikely to have such. Fatigue rarely an indicator of circulation issues. Would look for other reason. Stop smoking!
