Tender lymph nodes below my ears and at groin, headache and fatigue. sore throat but no cough. had mono a year ago and have taken only 50 mg of my prescribed 150 mg lamotrigine (for bipolar ii) for the last 4 days. is this drug withdrawal?

Evaluation: A complete examination, CBC, differential and ESR is indicated. Consider other infections including Strep. The symptoms are not likely related to stopping the medication. Monitor weight, temperature and drink fluids.
