CPAP, medicines: You have several reasons to have fatigue and daytime sleepiness, but the most treatable is your sleep apnea. You should wear your CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine for at least 6 hours every night without fail. See your sleep doctor if the mask needs adjustment or if you are still sleepy, some medications can help. Longer term, weight loss will help tremendously.
