Unrelated? But...: "Bacterial infection" of the vagina usually is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. It usually causes no symptoms in men. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas are more common in BV, but the main symptom in men is discharge, not "warmth" when urinating.
