Can it be infection without bacteria in urine?

NO: U have to have bacteria to have a bladder infection, sometimes the infection can be in the urethra or kidneys and not the bladder and sometimes you can get UTI symptoms from other problems of teh bladder and urethra so you need to see a uorlologist.

Sometimes: If UTI is due to mycoplasma, ureaplasma, or chlamydia, the urinalysis will not show bacteria since these bacteria are very small and don't even grow in usual cultures. (atypical bacteria) also, yeast UTI will not show bacteria since yeast is a fungus, not a bacteria.
