Disappearance of sxs: Typical symptoms of acute bacterial prostatitis include severe pain in and around the base of the penis. There is also pain behind the scrotum.Men may also experience fever, hematuria, urgency and frequency. It may also be difficult to pass more than a small amount of urine. Cure is usually based on disappearance of symptoms. In general, patients should take their antibiotics for three to four weeks

Notify Pediatrician: May try nasal saline solution to clean the nasal passages and make him/ her breath humidified air. Avoid aspirin. Notify the pediatrician office so he/ she be examined. If bleeding is too much take him to the emergency room.

Long time...: That seems like a long time to suffer. You should go to a walk-in clinic or stat-care possible.

A 40-year-old female asked:
What could clear tissue in urine mean? 74 yr old with one kidney removed due to cancer as well as bladder infections.

Not sure what: Clear tissue may mean, but it is time to get a urne analysis and some blood work, and then decision about imaging or cystoscopy. You did not say if it was the kidney, its pelvis or ureter that was cancer. I would definitely call or visit your urologist.

38 female... I don't have a cough but sometimes a need to clear throat. I have had a streak of blood in my mucus twice. What could this b?

See doctor...: The possible etiologies for your symptoms include post-nasal drip and other sinus conditions as well as a throat problem, including infection. You need to be evaluated because blood in your mucous could be a sign of a serious disorder, including malignancy, although most of the time it is benign. See your doctor asap!
