Not: For a few seconds.In cases with negative cultures epididymitis can be caused by holding of urine for long periods & strong physical activity.Bacterial infection varies by age: younger than say 35 is usually Chlamydia or Gonococcus.Inflammation can also be from sterile urine refluxed thru ejac.ducts & vas into epidid.
