You need further hel: Persisting nausea and abdominal pain requires further medical evaluation and treatment. if Zofran has not helped control nausea, you may need to be in the hospital and receive IV medication and IV fluids. A CT scan is a much better test to check the abdomen compared to an Ultrasound. Go see your doctor again.
