"Suspects" ulcer?: Why do we not "know" that there's an ulcer? How do we know H. Pylori is negative? Did you undergo EGD with biopsy or just a blood or breath test. With refractory symptoms and evidence of continued bleeding (tarry stools) an investigation including EGD is necessary.
