Prednisolonr: Usual dose is 2 mg/ kg 1st dose then 1 mg/kg daily for 4 more days. It would depend on his weight? Steroids are useful for RAD or asthma but generally not helpful for RSV which requires auctioning frequently, a cool humid environment and sometimes O2 via high flow for low oxygen levels. If he is not getting. Ether have him reassessed. All the best;nasty virus!
