RSV test: Rsv begins with cold symptoms and RSV usually causes wheezing. To settle the argument take to the doctor or er and have him tested for rsv.

RSV = common cold: The RSV is the cause of 80% of the respiratory illness in its peak season & varies from the common cold to harsh deep lung wheezing illness. If your kid is drinking well & playful, there is no reason to obscess over the RSV label. Most kids his age are never very sick if they get it.
