Unlikely: If the lymph node decreased in size with antibiotics, it was probably enlarged due to infection. It may take weeks to months for it go back to normal size. You may check it every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, you should see a doctor.
