Ive had feelable submandibular, cervical and sub-mental lymph nodes for 2 years. there half an inch in size non-tender and have never changed. ive also never had symptoms of cancer. could this still be cancer though?

No. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
