Fatigue is complex: A discussion of ferritin and what is is intended to measure is beyond the scope of this forum. Fatigue is caused by many things. If what you are asking is could iron deficiency be the cause, first find out if you are anemic. Anemia is caused by more than one thing. Fatigue is a vague problem and has an enormous number of causes, not all of which are medical issues. Discuss this with your MD openly
