Low Ferritin: I assumed you are on Iron pills. The symptoms you have are unususl to Iron pills. Gums can bleed due to Vit C deficiency. Other symptoms like unexplained bruising and bone pain may warrant physical exam. Fatigue can be due to anemia (low hemoglobin).

Had a blood test for chronic fatigue & it shows my ferritin levels is 10. I found out that the normal level is 10-200. I have severe IBS-C is there any specific kind of iron supplements I can take that wont worsen my severe constipation issues?
