Low vit d and iron: Fatigue can be the result of many many issues. Low vitamin d, low ferritin (low iron stores), anemia, depression, low thyroid, poor sleep, poor nutrition, infections, low minerals. I could be here for hours finishing this list. The way to see if you get better is to take vitamin d and iron and see if you improve. It could also be that the low ferritin (low iron store) and vitamin d are not related
