Ferretin: The normal range for Ferretin in blood serum for females aged 18-39 is 10 to 120 ng/mL. High Ferretin levels indicates that your body is storing too much iron. This can be caused by inflammation from an infection. Your pressure and tenderness near your ear and discomfort swallowing could indicate a throat, ear or sinus infection. See your Dr for a full evaluation of these areas.
