Fatigue, tiredness, palpitations, and insomnia for 4 mos. sometimes i have muscle twitches at night. cardiac workup, abdominal ultrasound, head mri all normal. k level is 3.2, vit. d level 18, ferritin level 14. could these levels cause symptoms?

No: low k levels would more likely cause generalized weakness. did you find out why it is low? low vit d level can cause vague symptoms and should be addressed with your doctor. presumably, it can cause you to feel unwell. And low ferritin means low iron which can cause decreased energy, especially if you have anemia from it.

No.: Your symptoms are not caused by those labs although they indicate your Vit D level and ferritin are low. You might benefit from Vit D 1000 IU/ day and some oral iron - especially if you are a little anemic.
