B12 may help!: Your B12 level is officially "normal" but some experts feel any level <450 may be a sign of deficiency.B12 may help! see http://chriskresser.Com/b12-deficiency-a-silent-epidemic-with-serious-consequences but there are many other possible causes of fatigue-thyroid & adrenal deficiencies, chronic infections, food allergies, heavy metal toxicity etc. Consider seeing a holistic doc: http://www.Abihm.Org.
