Is there signifance to folate (folic acid) level > 24 ng/ml and a vit b12 level of 343 pg/ml for someone with continuing fatigue? fyi vit d =38 and ferritin=39.

Need more info: The labs you mention are normal. The significance is that your fatigue is not explained by b12, d, iron, or folate (folic acid) deficiencies.
