Can a hit or trauma to tooth cause brain injury? i asked bcoz my dentist hit my tooth twice with his metal tool since he was seeing whether it pains?

No effect: Dentists tap a tooth with a metal instrument to see if the hit will abnormally stimulate the nerve deep in the tooth as an index of decay and infection. The infection, untreated could cause spread of bacteria beyond the tooth and rarely into the brain But the tap will not do this.
