Recently went to the dentist and i got my teeth deep clean i noticed that the dentist constantly kept leaving the room but didnt change his gloves and i didnt see the tools changed am i at risk to catch hiv or any disease also ever since diarrhea?

I wouldn't think your dentist didn't change gloves or tools if he worked on another patient when he left your chair. If HIV was present on gloves or tools it can be transmitted into your blood stream during dental procedures. Diarrhea shouldn't play a role here. I hope this answered your question.
