The whitening treatment should not cause brain fog or concentration issues. There must be something else causing your problems. Please see your physician.

Swallowing a small amount of hydrogen peroxide can cause a slight caustic injury with oxygen gas formation and lipid peroxidation. The small amount you swallowed could give you only a slight sore throat. Nothing to do with brain fog. See your doctor for a possible referral to a neurologist if these issues persist.
