This am had a lot of thick, post nasal drip in back of throat. when i spat it out it looked like huge blood clots. what is going on? sinus infection?

Possible: rinse your nasal cavity with saline, several times to help clean the nasal passages and hopefully clear the sinuses openings draining into the nasal cavity, then see your doctor / ENT soon for possible need for Rx medications, best wishes
