Well i just got over a sinus infection or a cold that lasted 24 hours. now all thats left is a little bit of post nasal drip, small cough, and a dry throat. how do i get rid of this?

Simple OTC fix: Your symptoms of post-nasal drip can be relieved with a daily non-sedating anti-histamine (like claritin/zyrtec/allegra). Additional symptom relief can be found using nasal steroid sprays, such as Flonase allergy relief, also available OTC. Use 2 sprays intranasal daily, as needed. These treatments will also help with your cough, which is due to the post-nasal drip. Consult me for more details.

Nasal saline: The solution to pollution is dilution. Saline spray is availlable in drug stores. Cheap and it washes out the irritants that are running down your throat without side effects.
