I have a cold for about a 9 days. it is not going away. green mucus from nose and throat. blood in nose. facial pain and cough. sinus infection?

Good chance: After nine days and with the facial pain developing, it is certainly possible that you have a sinus infection. Even so, it is still possibly viral if you are a non-smoker. I would see your doctor or urgent care tomorrow and in the meantime, try the neti-pot or nasal saline spray, ibuprofen and dayquil/nyquil.

Infection: From your description, it is highly likely that you have developed a bacterial sinusitis and may need antibiotics and decongestants. Please schedule a doctor's visit as soon as possible.
