Had colonoscopy due to ibs 6 years ago not a thing found mom had a few benign polyps so told i should have not wait 10 yrs how likely i have cancer?

Unknown. : It's currently unknown, technically speaking, if you have cancer or not as we haven't looked in there for six years. Now, six years could be long enough for polyps to have developed but hopefully not enough time for them to turn malignant. Regardless, a colonoscopy at this time would be prudent.
