Depends. : It depends on how long you have been on mirtazipine and what the dose was. A taper can last several weeks for short term low dose patients to six months for long term high dose patients. As for the beta blocker, that depends on your heart rate during the day. Please see your primary care provider to discuss this and come up with a plan.
