Maybe not: There are literally hundreds of causes for neuropathy other than HIV. A step wise work up should be done.

Sir I had unprotected sexual exposure on 02/03/2020. Got tested on 09/03/2020 and 13/04/2020 from Dr Lal Path Lab. Both came negative. Test used was CMIA HIV 1&2. My last CMIA test i.e on 13/04/2020 which is 43 day came back NEGATIVE. Reliable ?
