Can i eliminate the fear of late hiv serconversion if i take 4th gen hiv test 130 days of my last exposure of my multiple sexual encounters? or any infections that might cause less reliability or delay window period? should i test for hep c?

You should be fine with that negative fourth generation HIV test at 130 days post exposure. Screening for Hep C infection is recommended if you think you are at risk with previously unsafe sexual encounters.

There are reports that hepatitis C might interfere with HIV testing, but very rare. And sexual transmission of hep C actually does not occur in heterosexual sex, or rare enough to be ignored.
