Your tests prove it isn't HIV for two reasons. First, your test results are conclusive. Second, it is not possible to have HIV symptoms with a negative blood test. Whatever symptoms you have, your negative tests prove HIV is not the cause. See a doctor if your symptoms continue and/or you remain concerned, but you can stop worrying about HIV.
