I had a risky sexual encounter with a girl on july 9th of this year i got tested for hiv on day 5-31-43-47 but im getting symptoms that i associate with hiv and the test were 4th gen test as well i am stressed and anxious should i still be worried?

Your tests prove it isn't HIV for two reasons. First, your test results are conclusive. Second, it is not possible to have HIV symptoms with a negative blood test. Whatever symptoms you have, your negative tests prove HIV is not the cause. See a doctor if your symptoms continue and/or you remain concerned, but you can stop worrying about HIV.
