3 ovaries unlikely: Although there are rare case reports of women with three ovaries, it is VERY unlikely that is true for you. At the very least, await a radiologist's reading of the ultrasound. Technicians are not trained to render a diagnosis (and probably should not share their opinion with the patient for this very reason.) I suspect that further evaluation will give a logical explanation.
