Had an ultrasound today and found what looks to be 3 ovaries the technician was in shock which causes me to worry. what are the chances and how?

3 ovaries unlikely: Although there are rare case reports of women with three ovaries, it is VERY unlikely that is true for you. At the very least, await a radiologist's reading of the ultrasound. Technicians are not trained to render a diagnosis (and probably should not share their opinion with the patient for this very reason.) I suspect that further evaluation will give a logical explanation.
