Normal: normal for the ovary to be slightly enlarged and have mature follicles, how much is the enlargement? how is the left ovary? Any ovarian cyst? Please discuss the full result with your doctor for complete analysis of the report

Follicles, one ovary: There could be a number of explanations as to why a sonographer see mature follicles in only one ovary; the most likely is that the other ovary didn't show up well at the time of the procedure, and the follicles couldn't be assessed.
