I had a pelvis ultrasound today and i have a haemoharrgic follicle on my right ovary which is 22mm. will this affect my chances if conceiving?

No: almost all women will experience ovarian cysts during an ovulatory cycle. At times they can bleed (hemorrhagic). 22 millimeters is quite small and clinically insignificant. This should not affect any future chance of conception.
