Polycystic ovaries: Polycystic appearing ovaries are not a source of abdominal pain. Continue follow up with your physician to complete the evaluation.

No: Polycystic ovaries cause a lot of pain for which you need to see your gynecologist for pain medicine. A lot of polycystic ovaries resolve spontaneously, so you don't have to worry. You just need to control the pain
