I have done an ultrasound recently and the report says, i have multiple follicles in both my ovaries. will this cause any problem with my menstruatio?

It could: A lot of normal women have multiple follicles, but occasionally people with polycystic ovarian syndrome have multiple follicles and that can cause you to have irregular menses.
