I quit my ppi after 3 months, cold turkey. my acid has been awful for two weeks. taking zantac. will the rebound acid end soon?

I assume that a gastroenterologist is supervising your care, knows the diagnosis, and provides the best advice and follow-up for you. A peptic ulcer should have healed after PPI therapy and the question is whether you have ongoing GERD and why it can't be brought under better control.
