Lymph node: You are young and it is unlikely this is serious. Take your antibiotics. Lymph nodes swell and these are called reactive lymph nodes. Sometimes these will stay a little bigger. I have a couple on my neck. If the node would have painless swelling and spongy feel then get checked.
