Enlarged node.: A CT scan will demonstrated if the bump is a lymph node or some other problem. If it is an enlarged lymph node, there are multiple possible causes. Various infections are the most common likely reason but other causes include certain medication, scar tissue, and even cancer (although this would be unusual in a young man). A biopsy should give a definitive answer.
