When should a lymph node be biopsied? Enlarged x6months pea sized. Clear labs, & head & neck CT. ENT says not large enough to warrenty a biopsy.
Multiple firm nodes persist 5 mnths,1st neck/clavicle last 2 months both armpits,now salivary glands,all less than cm bigger under arms almost cm,wont biopsy as all look normal on scan,bloods/virology ok,mild weight loss,CT 3mm lung nodule,v anxious?
