Get checked: Likely boxers fracture. Also any breaks in your skin. Highly likely you could have glass foreign body.

Be seen: I would recommend being seen and having an X-ray. There is something called a "boxers fracture" that can be caused by striking something with a closed fist. The "bump" you are describing could be a displaced fracture which might require reduction for a good result.
