Eggs are a very: nutritious food and are an excellent protein choice, especially if you have normal blood cholesterol levels. But it really is not a good idea to eat so much of any one specific food. The only way to get all the nutrients you need for good health is to eat a balanced variety of foods, especially vegetables/fruit/whole grains. My max would be 3/day. Make a veggie omelette! Stay well:)
