Diet's not the key: Despite all the hoopla, most pathologists remain skeptical about diet as key to cardiovascular health. Several major, good studies show no effect. It's more important that you exercise and avoid smoking. Further, your food choices are unlikely to impact your height, especially from now on, but protein will help you build muscle, which is entirely under your control. Enjoy your eggs.
