A member asked:

Pathology - just got my blood results back says kappa / lambda light chains free with ratio urine came 18 high / prostaglandin serum 550 ? what's mean

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unclear data: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the data you provided does not seem to add up. What did serum and urine protein electrophoresis show? You wish to talk to the pathologist of the lab that did the tests.
