Your first round of blood tests showed elevated kappa free light chains and a high kappa/lambda ratio raising suspicion of a plasma cell dyscrasia seen in AL amyloidosis or multiple myeloma. Your creatinine of 1.5 was high. If you also had anemia & elevated calcium I would favor a diagnosis of myeloma. However 6 months later results are within normal limits. ?A bone marrow biopsy in future

Have cold feet and legs since December. Had EMG, many blood tests and just received a 1.68 Ratio, kappa 22.4 and Lambda 13.3. Immunofixation blood test negative. CBC, urine all good including sedimentary, protein. Can I still have MM or MGUS?
