Lymphadenopathy: No significant lymphadenopathy means that the lymph nodes that where seen were not worrisome. Everyone has lymph nodes. Usually the size of the lymph node is measured (short and/or long axis). Given the particular location, there can be different normal size limits. In addition to the size, one looks at the morphology. For example a lymph node with a fatty hilum is more likely benign.

It's ambiguous: Wording to be sure, and you're right, literally it implies that there is some type of lymphadenopathy that is not significant, which makes no sense. But in all likelihood it is an awkward way of saying that there is no lymphadenopathy.
