Sounds concerning: Are all the nodes on the same side? Are they growing? Do you have hoarseness? Ear pain? Difficulty swallowing? If so, you should have a laryngoscopy. Have you have weight loss, unexplained fevers, night sweats? It is very unusual that you can feel nodes that are not seen on ct. Maybe have a second doc look at the ct?
