"Borderline" is a technical term, meaning that the lymph nodes (LN) are at the upper limit of (or just larger than) the LN size / diameter seen in "normal" patients. Mediastinal is in the chest; axillary is armpit. LN size could be "the way you're made" or from an infection or medical condition. TTYD or use Prime.

"Borderline": means the lymph node size measurements are at the edge of the normal range, i.e. at the size boundary between normal and abnormal. Talk to your doc about the significance of this finding in your particular case.
