Eat whole foods: For best nutrition you do not need to eat extra protein. .5 - .8 grams of protein per lb of lean body weight per day is usually enough. So after exercise whole food protein is best, but if you do want to use supplements bcaa, hemp, and whey proteins are best. Be careful to read labels and avoid artificial sweeteners.
